"A Parisian institution, and it earns that title. The andouillette DUVAL AAAA was the real deal in terms of authenticity — but be warned, it is aggressively salty. Not for the faint-hearted. The escargot were wonderful, and with a good piece of bread to soak up all that garlic butter, I lost count of how many I went through. The frites were also perfectly done — crisp, golden, no complaints. Prices are on the higher side, but this is a century-old establishment that keeps its doors open well into the night and welcomes you in from the cold with a warm, timeless atmosphere. That counts for something."
