He welcomed us like old friends and patiently answered what must have been a million questions with genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge of spirits, cocktails, ingredients, flavour pairings and techniques is nothing short of outstanding. You can tell Guillaume is incredibly passionate about his craft, and that passion makes the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Every recommendation was spot on, and we walked away having learnt so much while enjoying some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had.
