Franz Kafka Museum

4.1 ·

Enter the Franz Kafka Museum in Malá Strana and let its shadowy atmosphere set the tone. Move through letters, diaries, photographs and 3-D installations that echo the writer's unsettling world.

📖

Full description

The Franz Kafka Museum in Malá Strana uses letters, diaries, photographs and three-dimensional installations to portray the writer's life and work in a deliberately dark, atmospheric setting. Fans praise the mood, singling out the room of files where Kafka's characters come alive, while others find it demanding or too gloomy.

Around an hour covers the exhibition. It is open daily, including Mondays, and is particularly rewarding for readers who already know his stories.
