East Mamma, opened in 2015 in Paris's 11th arrondissement near Bastille, was the first Big Mamma trattoria. Chef Giuseppe and his pizzaioli team prepare Italian classics like spaghetti all'amatriciana, ossobuco alla milanese and Neapolitan pizzas with mortadella or nduja, using fresh produce sourced from Italian producers.

Absolutely phenomenal food!!! I’m so glad they were able to get us a seat since we didn’t have a reservation! Our waitress Emanulla was absolutely kind and was patient with us especially with only my husband and I know very basic French. Will recommend to anyone coming to Paris and will be back next time we come back❤️
