What people say
"The club itself is nice, and the music is decent. Unfortunately, the staff completely ruined what could have been a great night. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the bouncers outside to the bartenders and waiters, almost every member of the staff was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive. They act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the place exists. I’ve traveled to countless countries and been to clubs and bars all over the world, and I have genuinely never encountered such consistently awful treatment from an entire staff. It almost seems like being rude is part of the job description. The venue has potential, but no amount of good music can make up for employees who make people feel unwelcome from the moment they arrive. Management seriously needs to rethink who they’re hiring or provide proper customer service training, because this level of hostility is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good night."
