Great little Scando (Estonian) bakery right here in Florence. Great Tomato and Goat Cheese pastries and lots of others. Thursdays they make the beautiful seeded dark bread. Exceptional. If you have an apartment near by - great for a coffee and pastry or buy a loaf (get there early in the AM) for your home.
