Mozart's last surviving residence in Vienna is a restored 1700s apartment now run as a museum, with an audio tour and a souvenir shop. Inside are childhood instruments, original letters and manuscripts, and recreated rooms.

Reviewers note it is wheelchair friendly and that staff are helpful and knowledgeable, though one found the upper floor less tied to Mozart and the whole a little underwhelming compared with Salzburg. A combination ticket with a neighbouring house is recommended, and the Vienna PASS includes entry.

An informative, and wheelchair user friendly museum. W.A Mozart's last surviving residence in Vienna. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Well worth buying the combi ticket for Mozart Haus & Haus der Musik as I did. The museums compliment each other beautifully and both are curated very well.
