Lost Souls Alley is an interactive horror experience based on horror-film themes, where small groups pass through staged rooms, solve puzzles and meet costumed actors. Visitors choose an intensity package by colour at the start, such as the milder yellow option mentioned in reviews, after a briefing from staff in face paint.

Start times are fixed, and a late arrival can lose your spot, so it is wise to arrive at least five minutes early. It runs about 75 minutes and suits couples and groups seeking something out of the ordinary.
