Slip into Bonobo, a hidden café-bookshop reached through a narrow hallway off a small Old Town square. Browse books you can buy, then settle in with cake, hot chocolate or a mulled beer, indoors or in the garden.

📖

Full description

Bonobo is a café-bookshop tucked away in a small square in Stare Miasto, found by stepping through a narrow hallway rather than from a street-facing storefront. Shelves of books line the interior and visitors are free to buy them, with reviewers often leaving with a new one.

A small garden gives the option of drinking outside, and the menu includes cakes, chocolate and mulled beer. It opens around midday and runs into the late evening, which suits an unhurried drink for couples or solo travellers.

Some reviewers mention curt service.

Reviews

Very nice and hidden place in the small square to grab a drink. To find the place, you have to enter a small hallway. The place also has a small garden to enjoy your drinks outside. We ordered some Czech beers for 15zl each.
