Fresh Handmade Pasta Course with Unlimited Wine and Dessert

Held at Alfredo Cooking Class, a short walk from the cathedral, this compact session focuses on handmade pasta. Professional Italian chefs guide the dough-making and shaping of regional varieties such as ravioli, tagliatelle and maltagliati.

Unlimited Tuscan wine is served during the class, and the meal closes with panna cotta and coffee brewed in a moka pot. Ingredients and equipment are provided, and afterwards participants get access to a digital area with recipes, video recipes, photos and a personalised certificate.
