"We attended Ado's concert at the Uber Arena in June 2025 and had a fantastic experience overall. The arena itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a great venue for large-scale events. We especially enjoyed the VIP area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The buffet offered a good variety of food options, ensuring there was something for everyone. What stood out most was the level of service. The staff paid close attention to guests and would often check in when a drink was empty, asking whether you would like another one. This made the VIP experience feel even more premium and welcoming. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take any photos of the concert hall during the performance, as Ado strictly prohibited photography to protect her privacy and keep her identity hidden. The security team enforced this policy very well. Anyone who attempted to take photos was handled politely and respectfully, and if necessary, escorted out of the hall without causing any disruption. Overall, it was an excellent concert experience with great service, a beautiful venue, and a well-organized event. I would gladly visit again."
