"The concert itself was amazing, and that is entirely thanks to the artist. Woodz delivered an incredible performance and made the evening memorable despite all the organizational issues. The biggest problem was that none of the staff seemed to speak english. Because of this, they were unable to help international fans, which created a lot of confusion. Foreign fans often had no idea what was happening or where they were supposed to go. The Woodz concert was delayed by more than an hour, and the Meet & Greet organization was terrible. It felt as if the staff did not want us to be prepared for our photo with the artist. Woodz would suddenly appear behind us while the photo was already being taken, leaving no time to properly interact or even get ready. The hi/bye session was the worst part of the entire experience. People pay a significant amount of money for VIP benefits, only to barely see the artist. Woodz was standing somewhere out of sight, while staff continuously rushed everyone forward. As a result, some of the first people leaving the venue did not even realize that he was there. I also do not understand why the organizers left fan numbering entirely to the fans themselves. Some people were already camping outside the venue 24 hours before the concert. Proper queue management should be the responsibility of the organizers, not the attendees. Numbered wristbands or an official numbering system would have created much better order and prevented people from having to spend many hours waiting on the sidewalk. Another issue was the temperature inside the venue. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to stand through the concert for hours. At times, people were close to fainting because of the conditions. What was particularly concerning was that the artist himself seemed to be the one paying attention to fans who were struggling, needed water, fresh air, or medical assistance. An artist should not have to worry about crowd safety or personally intervene in such situations. Ensuring the well-being of attendees should be the responsibility of the venue staff and organizers. Overall, the organization was very poor. I am giving this venue 2 out of 5 stars solely because the concert itself was wonderful thanks to Woodz. Apart from the performance, I cannot say that I have any positive memories of the overall experience."
