Teresa Carles has built a large, loyal following as one of Barcelona's better-known vegetarian restaurants, with over 7,000 reviews and a 4.4 rating reflecting sustained rather than novelty-driven popularity. Reviewers describe an amazing find with an entirely vegetarian menu, praising both the pasta dishes and a notably good kombucha list. Its local score outpaces its culture score, suggesting a restaurant valued for genuinely good everyday cooking rather than historical pedigree. It's a reliable choice for a plant-based lunch or dinner in the heart of the city.

"What an amazing find in Barcelona! My husband and I came here for lunch, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is entirely vegetarian, and I honestly wish we had more time in the city so we could come back and try the rest of the menu—everything looked incredible! We started with the mixed croquettes. My favorite was the pumpkin and gorgonzola, but every flavor was excellent. The eggplant millefeuille was another standout—so rich and full of flavor. The cooked watermelon was surprisingly fresh, light, and absolutely delicious. The flavor combinations were creative and beautifully balanced. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the city!"
