Gerstner KuK Hofzuckerbäcker Baking Show & Tasting

Run by Gerstner, a former imperial court confectioner, this show takes place in the historic bakery vaults at Schönbrunn. A baker demonstrates how the paper-thin strudel dough is stretched and filled, then you eat a warm portion with Viennese coffee and receive the recipe to try at home.
