"Dear Internazionali BNL d'Italia, Tonight I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I held a ticket for the "Italian Open Club" area, located near the "Tribuna Autorità." The glass door between the two sections was wide open, and without knowing it was a restricted security zone, I walked through to use the restroom. When I tried to cross back to my area, a young security guard who seemed to be a coordinator - wearing a red t-shirt (I think his name is Luca, though he hid his badge)- informed me about the security level and told me to leave. I explained that I didn't have my ticket on me (my friend had it) and pointed out that it wasn't my fault he failed to manage the security gate properly. To make a long story short: I went outside and tried to re-enter the "Italian Open Club" area, but to my surprise, the other security staff wouldn't let me back in without a ticket. I tried calling my friend, but there was no cell service, and I later found out her phone battery had died. Not only was "Luca" rude, but his colleagues at the "Italian Open Club" (some of whom are in the attached picture, along with two other young men) were equally unhelpful. Even if I kindly asked them to escort me to my friend so I could show them my ticket, but they refused and were incredibly rude and arrogant. In conclusion, I missed 40 minutes of the match due to the absolute incompetence of your security staff. If a regular attendee can easily wander into the "Tribuna Autorità" by mistake, but can't get a simple escort back to their seat to verify their ticket, you seriously need to rethink your security management. P.S. By the way, the women's restroom in the "Tribuna Autorità" was also being used by men because the men's restroom was "reserved for the president". It was shocking to see this happen in the diplomatic area. You seriously need to invest in additional toilets."
