Traditional Chimney Cake (Trdelník) Making Workshop

In this short workshop an instructor first demonstrates the process, then you prepare the dough, roll it into strips and wrap it around a wooden spit. After adding butter and sugar, the cake bakes in a rotating oven and is finished with the topping of your choice.

You learn about the pastry while working and can eat it on the spot or take it away. Ingredients, equipment, apron, a certificate and coffee or tea are included.
