📖

Full description

Laconicum is a cosmetics and personal-care shop in Madrid's Centro area, aimed at shoppers who want guidance rather than a quick grab-and-go. Several reviewers praise the in-store experience, with staff such as Gina giving professional, friendly recommendations on products.

Others are more critical, reporting difficulty getting responses to complaints after purchase and disagreeing with how certain products were promoted online. A visit is brief, about 20 minutes, and works best as a considered stop for skincare and body-care shopping in the centre.
