"Went with a friend and tried their summer special cold brew. I can’t remember the exact name, but it was a cold brew with tonic, topped with cold foam and burnt lemon syrup. It reminded me of the Sicilian coffee that’s popular in Taiwan, but I actually preferred this version. The cold foam added a lovely creaminess that worked really well with the coffee, while the burnt lemon syrup and sparkling tonic made it even more refreshing. We visited on a Sunday, and I was surprised by how quiet it was. It had such a calm, relaxed atmosphere and felt like the perfect place to sit with a book for a couple of hours."
