Departing from Florence with the group, this class takes you to a private Tuscan estate for about four hours including transport. You start by preparing gelato in a flavour you choose, then follow the pizza or pasta programme: pizza participants mix dough, pick toppings and bake in a wood-fired oven, while pasta participants shape two varieties and make sauces such as sausage ragù or butter and sage.
