Grinzingi Borozó

4.4 ·

Pause at Grinzingi Borozó, a rustic wine bar in District V open from morning to midnight. Order a glass of wine with goulash or Hungarian crepes in a cosy, old-pub setting.

📖

Full description

Grinzingi Borozó is an old-pub-style wine bar in District V that opens early and runs until midnight, so it works for a daytime stop as much as an evening drink. Reviews are mixed: some visitors enjoy the friendly service, the rustic atmosphere, goulash and Hungarian crepes at fair prices, while others find it touristy and criticise the food.

It is best approached as a casual, budget-friendly place for a glass of wine and a simple traditional bite rather than a destination meal.

Reviews

Lovely place, goulash is OK (a bit more meat would be better), unfortunately only white bread was available, good service, atmosphere like in yhe old pub; service was not included, if I am not mistaken, was not clear from the bill as it was a small piece of paper with a few numbers))
