Full description

The Musical Instruments Museum is housed in an art nouveau building and shows instruments across cultures and centuries, including traditional and mechanical ones, and has a concert hall. Reviewers repeatedly recommend collecting the phone and headphones at the entrance, since the audio guide plays each instrument and makes the displays much more engaging.

Visitors can compare similarities and differences between cultures and periods. A rooftop restaurant exists but was closed temporarily on one reviewed visit.

Booking is recommended and 75 minutes is a typical length.

Reviews

There are many beautiful instruments that you can also listen to with the audio guide. The restaurant was temporarily closed when we visited so we couldn't go to the rooftop. It''s not clear how you should approach the rooms, in which direction you should go, and there's no interactivity, there is nothing you can…
