Nightlife
Tresor is one of the original clubs that shaped Berlin's post-reunification techno scene, operating out of a raw, industrial basement space that still carries the smoky, no-frills atmosphere of its early years. It's widely regarded as an authentic piece of the city's underground techno history rather than a newer, style-driven venue. Ventilation and comfort take a back seat to atmosphere, and reviewers describe it as raw and full of character rather than polished. It's an essential stop for anyone interested in the roots of Berlin's techno culture, alongside its associated OHM room next door.

What people say
"Awesome place to simply lose yourself and dance the night away. The atmosphere is smokey and you can see people smoke nearly anywhere, not enough ventilation (I'm a smoker so wasn't bothered, but just saying for other non-smoker fellow ravers). Dance floor is relatively small given the place is huge, would be great if they can expand on that, but otherwise lovely night!"
