Neumanns Café

4.3 (1,289)$$ · Mid-range

Neumanns Café has built a strong local reputation around its pastries and a chai latte reviewers call a must-try, set in the Gabriel-Max-Straße stretch of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Service is generally well liked, though a few reviewers note the staff can seem hurried even without an obvious rush of customers. A 4.3 rating and a local score well ahead of its trendy score point to a cafe valued by regulars for consistency rather than spectacle. It's a solid stop for pastries and coffee rather than a full brunch sitting.

What people say

"Their pastry is amazing, drinks were also good! The staff seemed very nice but they seemed to be in a rush from the moment I went in, even though there wasn't anyone else in the café? They wanted to close earlier than the closing time as well. But apart from that, it's a good place! (Not laptop friendly)"
