"I was here for the six musical and it was pretty great! Arrival at around 18.20 I'm docking a star because the venue(?) was a bit cold but it's pretty understandable that they turned on the ac for this heat outside. So it's not that dramatic of a thing. View: I was in line? 6 (reihe 6) and seat 27 and the seats were on the same level I think so the dudes in front of me did kinda obscure my view but the seats were also placed where I could also look in between the heads if they didn't like lean into each other, which they didn't fortunately! But all in all I have no complaints! The musical was great and the audio and speakers were loud enough but not unbearably loud to hurt your ears so that's great! The crowd was okay but you can't really expect a lot from German crowds. Although they did get a lot of energy towards the middle to end so it was still pretty great. Arrival and general infos : so the website says you should arrive an hour early but it's also fine if you arrive a bit earlier but not an hour early. So you had the option to leave your larger bags at a stall(?)/counter(?) In front of the entrance but I didn't do that so I'm not sure of the costs and so. I do think going in with a bag that is smaller than A4 is more than enough. There's also the thing of queueing to get your bag after the show with the large crowd of people that also left their bags The bag and ticket check went pretty fast and arriving an hour earlier gives you enough room to get a drink and mingle with your friends so I'd still recommend it! Printing your ticket makes sure that you'll smoothly get through the ticket scanner but digital tickets are also fine (just takes a bit longer) After you get through, the staff will tell you what direction to go in and you'll be able to buy merch, drinks and snacks it you wanted to. I ordered an orange juice and the guy at the counter moved in a way as if i ordered a cocktail which was pretty amusing I must say and the staff in general was pretty friendly and they said if you wanted to take a drink Into the show you'd have to pay pfand and obviously give them the cups back and you're able to get into the venue at around 30 minutes before it starts We were allowed to take pictures at the finale so it's great to have a pic as a piece of memory"
