Food
fismuler brings a contemporary Spanish menu to El Born, with dishes built around freshness and lightness rather than heaviness, an approach reviewers say leaves a lasting impression well beyond the meal itself. At 4.4 stars from 3,914 reviews, it's a reliable choice for travellers staying near the neighbourhood, including guests of hotels just steps away. Its moderate trendy score reflects a contemporary, design-conscious dining room without going fully experimental. It suits a satisfying dinner after a day of sightseeing rather than a headline fine-dining event.

"Our meal was perfecto after a long day flying from SFO.. We stayed next door at the Hotel Rec. Delicious dinner fresh, light and refreshing. Waiters super helpful and professional. Relaxing yet elegant modern vibe. The best part was the meal, had the baby squid with fresh grated Romano at the table, so melt in your mouth tender. The tuna with beet root and creme fraiche also light on the palate. Bread perfectly crusty with pate. Wine selection excellent. Finished up with their homemade coffee tiramisu. Excellent meal to begin any vacation. Appeared to have lots of locals eating here too....always a good sign of a great restaurant."
