Full description

Moco Museum occupies an early-20th-century townhouse in Amsterdam-Zuid, showing modern and contemporary art by names including Banksy, Warhol and Dalí. The collection is compact, and reviewers note that it can feel very crowded at busy times, so a weekday or off-peak slot makes a difference.

Visitors often leave with a few favourites, particularly the street art and pop pieces, and about 90 minutes is a comfortable length. It attracts a trendy, photo-minded crowd and is popular with couples.

Reviews

Nice little museum showcasing a lot of the top current modern artists. If you haven’t seen any of the artists before, this is a nice place to see them. Small museum though and can get very crowded very fast. They have a large Banksy collection but only a few pieces from all of the other artists listed. 25 eur or so…
