Icebar in Amsterdam-Centrum begins in a warm lounge with a welcome cocktail before you put on the supplied protective jacket and gloves and enter the ice room. Walls, furnishings and even the drinking glasses are made from ice, with the room held at about minus ten degrees Celsius.

Two further drinks are included, with alcoholic and alcohol-free options. Time inside the cold room is limited to roughly 20 minutes, and the whole experience takes about 45 minutes, with extra lounge time possible.
