📖

Full description

DeLaMar Theater is a modern theatre in central Amsterdam with a glass facade, hosting plays, musicals, stand-up comedy and dance in professional productions. Reviewers praise the building's design, the sound quality and the friendly staff, and mention seeing shows such as The Rocky Horror Show.

A chic restaurant on the premises makes it easy to combine dinner and a performance. Interval drinks queues can be slow, so ordering early helps.

Evenings are the main showtimes and the venue closes on Mondays, making it a natural choice for couples planning a night out.

Reviews

Great atmosphere, and building is gorgeous. But drinks serving during the break time was very slow, and not everyone got to get theirs before the show continued.
