An instructor introduces posture, hand and arm movements and footwork, then combines them into a short routine in an air-conditioned studio. Beginners are welcome and accessories are provided, with extra time set aside for preparation and photographs.

Costume upgrades are available at an additional cost. Classes run daily at 12:00, 13:30 and 15:00 and last about 75 minutes.
