Nightlife
Cieloterra Roma is a modest underground club in the Portonaccio area attempting to channel the techno-focused atmosphere more commonly associated with cities like Berlin or Amsterdam. It remains a niche, hidden-gem option within Rome's nightlife rather than a mainstream draw, with friendly bouncers and bartenders noted by visitors despite a comparatively basic sound setup. Reviewers familiar with major European techno scenes tend to find it a more modest, low-key alternative.

What people say
"I was a little apprehensive due to the reviews but honestly I had a great time. Bouncers were friendly and chill, as were the bartenders. The location is cool, the sound system is really good and the lights are banging. Considering it’s a club in the city I think the drinks are fairly priced (5 euro per beer and 10 for cocktails). Crowd was nice, LGBTQ+ friendly. I’d say this was my best techno experience at a club in Italy."
