Capannelle Racecourse

4.1 (5,838)$$ · Mid-range

Capannelle Racecourse has hosted horse racing on Rome's southern edge for over a century, while in recent years it has increasingly doubled as a venue for large outdoor concerts and festivals like Rock in Roma. Reviews are mixed, with some visitors praising festival lineups and food options while others describe organisational issues like long toilet queues and confusing ticketing during big events. Its dual identity as both a working racecourse and an event space means the experience can vary considerably depending on what's on. It remains a significant fixture in Rome's sporting and entertainment calendar despite the inconsistency noted by reviewers.

What people say

"I was be 8.07, on the festival Rock in Roma... And organisation was be terrible... Start from one toilet for all people, and finished mud on the platinum zone, and not only there; terrible attitude towards their audience, but also towards their big headliners, Ateez, which really upset me that the guys weren't given more time.. I'm very disappointed of this festival.... ((("
