What people say

"Everyone basically has to wait in line here. Even in the sweltering heat, people wait very patiently at the entrance for about 25 minutes on average. The food is exquisite and tastes great. The coffee is truly exceptional, and the Open Omelette is high quality. Their pancakes are also very flaky and fluffy, and the desserts are wonderful. Interestingly, this is the only restaurant I've been to where the card machine actually prompts you for a tip. That said, they have a lot of staff and the service is excellent. While we were waiting outside, a server even brought us water. It is definitely worth a visit."
