Království Železnic is a family-oriented museum in Smíchov built around an extensive miniature railway network, where trains, trams and other vehicles move through detailed scale landscapes. Many exhibits are interactive or digitally controlled, and there are real replica vehicles, including a tram, bus and metro, that younger visitors can climb into.

Adults tend to enjoy the craftsmanship and the nostalgic feel of the themed areas, each telling its own small story. Visitors report that a few displays occasionally need repair, so expect the odd idle feature.

A place for kids and family. But also a place to go and enjoy as an adult. Taking you back to childhood memories. So many different areas with each telling a story. You have to take your time and look at small details that can be easy missed. Almost like an easter egg hunt. Loved the zebra at the jail.
