Swim a few laps at the Constituição Swimming Complex, a clean, no-fuss municipal pool that Porto locals use daily. Follow the cap and flip-flop rules and enjoy a relaxed session in the water.
Full description
The Constituição Swimming Complex is a public pool in Porto that serves a mostly local crowd, with early-morning and evening sessions on weekdays. Reviewers highlight clean, comfortable facilities and helpful front-desk staff who have lent out a swim cap and flip flops to visitors who arrived without them.
Swim caps and flip flops are required on site. At least one visitor found it closed for renovation despite the listing showing it open, so confirming status before making the trip is wise.

Reviews
Really lovely swimming pool, very clean facilities. I didn’t realise swimming caps were required (my fault for not checking) but I was provided with one for free. Staff were very helpful and kind which was really nice for my first day in the city as someone who speaks limited Portuguese. Definitely would recommend!
