"I would not even give this restaurant one star, simply because the owner does not respect his customers at all. We were excited to try this restaurant for the all that you can eat steak options. I ordered the lamb shank and my husband ordered the all you can eat steak and fries. Part way through eating my lamb, a sharp piece of bone got stuck in my cheek. I pulled it out and my husband mentioned it to the waitress. My husband also said that he was happy to pay for his meal but not for mine. The waitress apologised and said she would speak to the owner. She came back and said that the owner replied that he would not be discounting the meal for the bone. The table next to us also put in a complaint that his steak was not what he had ordered and tasted nothing like the steak that his wife had been given. He had also ordered mashed potatoe and received fries, so then they brought the potatoe on a side plate. After we had finished eating, my husband went to pay and asked for a discount on my meal. The owner outright refused and said because I had eaten the meal there would be no discount. My husband wasn’t happy with this comment, and the owners response was that if we didn’t pay he would call the police, no apology, not even after telling him it got stuck in my cheek, in fact he was very rude. I ended up paying cash as I don’t like confrontation, but I did walk over to the other family and told them to be careful as the owner would not discount our meal. The owner then came over with a waiter and asked us to leave and grabbed my husbands arm, to which then the other customer stood up and said “hey, these are your customers” we did leave with our promise of this review.. which didn’t seem to bother him one bit… I do not recommend this restaurant at all.."
