  • Bread is shaped in full view of the street in a glass-fronted workshop next to the original shop.

Full description

Founded in 2002 by Christophe Vasseur, this bakery occupies a former classified shop on rue Yves Toudic, with painted ceilings and weathered marble. It follows a purist approach: organic ingredients, long fermentation, and hand-crafted breads, viennoiseries and specialty coffee.

The site has since expanded into a nearby table and a glass-fronted workshop where bread is shaped in view of passersby.
