D'AQUÌ is a casual, budget-friendly spot dedicated to niçoise specialities, with visitors singling out its socca, made fresh while you wait, as the best they had in Nice. Barbajuan and trouchia are also on offer, and a selection plate lets you sample several local dishes at once.

It sits a little away from the main tourist routes and draws plenty of locals, with friendly, humorous service. Popular items can sell out, so one visitor arriving around 16:00 found the specialities gone.

It is open daytime only and closed on Mondays.
