Visit Fasaneriesee, a calm 14-hectare lake in Munich's north with gentle, shallow banks. Walk or jog the shoreline path and settle by the water for a quiet hour.
Full description
Fasaneriesee lies between Lerchenauer See and Feldmochinger See in the north of Munich and covers about 14 hectares. Its shallow banks make it a favourite with families and non-swimmers, and a jogging path circles the water.
Reviewers call it relaxing and pretty, though one notes more litter than at other lakes, which can detract on busy days. Free and open at all times, it is a local spot rather than a visitor attraction, and an hour is enough for a walk or run around the shore.

Reviews
Unfortunately, I have seen more rubbish here than in other seas, which makes this one less attractive. Overall, though, it’s very nice.
