Sabatini Garden

4.6 ·

Step into Sabatini Garden, the formal neoclassical terraces beside Madrid's Royal Palace. Walk among fountains and statues, then pause on a bench for views of the palace facade.

📖

Full description

Sabatini Garden sits on the north side of the Royal Palace, arranged in three terraces with clipped hedges, fountains and statues in a formal neoclassical layout. Entry is free and the gardens stay open until 10:00 PM, so they work as an easy stop at the start or end of a day in central Madrid.

From the upper levels visitors get framed views of the palace and the nearby Senate building. Benches invite a pause, and a typical visit takes around 45 minutes with minimal walking, with the neighbouring Campo del Moro a natural pairing.

Reviews

Well looked after with fountains green and places to sit and relax. It combines well as a visit with Campo Del Moro next to it.
