Discover Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos, a former estate famous for its blooming almond trees. Walk beneath the pink blossom in late winter, or settle on the grass with a book or picnic.
Full description
Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos is a former estate that now serves as a public park in the San Blas-Canillejas district. It is best known for its almond grove, which turns the park pink in February and March and draws photographers and picnickers.
Outside blossom season it remains a pleasant place to read, walk or relax. Reviewers call it one of Madrid's best-kept secrets, though social media attention has made peak blossom weekends very crowded.
Opening hours run from early morning until 10 pm, and entry is free.

I was in awe the first time I discovered this park. Literally! One of the best parks in Madrid. Not so known, but definitely a good place to visit, and stop to, to read, to have some picnic, to walk and play with your dog/s. Doing my quick rounds around here from time to time, and I must say, it always helps me clear…
