Berlin Park

Step into Berlin Park, a shaded Chamartín green space with an unexpected piece of German history. Find the three sections of the Berlin Wall, then wander past fountains and playgrounds while parrots call from the treetops.

📖

Full description

Berlin Park is a neighbourhood green space in Chamartín where everyday park life meets a piece of twentieth-century history. Three segments of the Berlin Wall stand among the trees, a reminder of the city's link with the German capital.

Beyond that, the park is shaded and well used, with playgrounds, fountains and wooded stretches that suit a short stroll. Reviewers mention plenty of dogs and green parrots nesting high in the trees.

A visit takes around half an hour, making it an easy, free stop rather than a full excursion.
