Breakfast
Where The Pancakes Are has built its reputation squarely on its namesake dish, with reviewers describing returning on consecutive days to work through the menu's many pancake variations. The arch setting near Southwark Bridge Road gives it a warm, slightly industrial atmosphere that photographs well, in line with its solidly high trendy and aesthetic scores. At 4.4 stars over more than 4,400 reviews, it's popular enough to draw steady crowds, particularly on weekend mornings. It's an easy pairing with a visit to nearby Borough Market.

"We went here for breakfast during our stay in London. The food was amazing and there was a lot we wanted to try out on the menu. So we kept coming back for the rest of our stay. Every time the food was amazing. The Pancakes are great and so were all the other parts of our meals. Everything was fresh and well made. The British Breakfast is a treat with home made Baked Beans and the very tasty sausage (I’m german, you can trust me on sausage). The staff was absolutely lovely every time. Even when the system had swallowed our order they were super nice and professional about it making sure our food was prepared asap. Would always come again."
