"We had the most wonderful guided tour of The Cinema Museum in February (we were a group of 8 employees from the Historical Association office near by). The volunteer guides were really knowledgeable and friendly and the museum is full of the most fascinating items and interesting history. We met two of the museum's resident cats and ended the visit with a cinema reel of old adverts and footage, which was so fun to watch! We were also served coffee, tea and biscuits and the experience was both interesting and relaxing. Booking the tour was easy to do and I would recommend the experience to work teams and groups of people who are interested in learning about cinema, visiting micro-museums, exploring places of local heritage and looking for a fun cultural activity for an afternoon."
