"Long story short, delicious food, overpriced, poor service. 3 stars because the food was good. One star minus because the food is way overpriced and portions are small. I understand this is not Thailand and London is expensive especially the rent but the same bowl you can get in Bangkok for approx. 7 GBP at the original Jeh O Chula. Another minus was the confusing service. We were served by two waitresses. The first asked if we would like to have extra rice and we said yes. She brought the food and we startet eating. A second waitress brought us a wrong dish, some fried stuff. We told her that it's not ours and that we were waiting for the rice instead. She just disappeared and never brought the rice or informed somebody to bring us the rice - it's not like that you have to catch, kill and cook the rice for hours.. As we almost finished eating we told the 1. waitress that the rice never came and we don't want it anymore. We then asked the second waitress for the bill, after 10 minutes nothing happened. So we asked the first waitress again for the bill which then finally came with 12,5% service charge on top which I would not have paid otherwise."
