Royal Air Force Museum London

4.8 (20,228)Free

The RAF Museum London houses dozens of historic aircraft, from early biplanes to Spitfires and Cold War-era jets, arranged across multiple large exhibition halls that let visitors walk right up to the planes. Its excellent rating and strong review volume reflect genuine enthusiasm from aviation and military history fans, and reviewers frequently mention getting lost in the detail of individual aircraft they recognize from games or films. Free admission and a somewhat out-of-the-way North London location keep it slightly less visited than central attractions despite the quality of the collection. Allow around 100 minutes given the number of halls and the walking involved.

What people say

"Free Entry. Easily you can walk in. You can travel by here bus and the few minutes of walk. There are 6 dome/ H1-H6. Each has unique and amazing aircrafts. This is must visit place for those who loves aircrafts, those who loves WW1 & WW2 stories. There are a plenty of original aircrafts from 1900-1960 are stored in domes with written histories and stories of that time. I strongly recommend to visit this Royal Airforce Museum."
