Entertainment/shows
Moonshine Saloon dresses up a Houndsditch venue as an Old West saloon, with actors staying fully in character throughout the evening while guests drink cocktails and get pulled into the unfolding bit. It blends immersive theatre with a night-out bar setting rather than following a fixed scripted show, which reviewers consistently praise for its commitment and fun factor. A 4.8 rating and a trendy_score of 89 mark it as one of London's buzzier themed nights out, more about atmosphere and drinks than cultural substance. It suits an evening group outing looking for something more theatrical than a standard bar crawl.

"Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute sensational experience! My buddy and I visited the Moonshine Saloon two weeks ago and we are still buzzing from the experience. I had booked the Deputy Sheriff Package in addition to general admission, and man, it was worth every penny! Why you should go: Total Immersion: The moment you step inside, you are transported straight to the Wild West. The attention to detail is incredible—it genuinely felt like being in the opening sequence of Westworld. The Actors: Huge shoutout to the cast! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and stayed perfectly in character. They did a fantastic job of carrying us through the story and involving everyone—including the other guests—with a lot of humor and wit. No one was left out; everyone had a role to play. The Concept: The "bring your own liquor" (BYOB) concept is such a fun twist. The bartenders were super friendly and highly skilled, crafting excellent cocktails from the alcohol we smuggled in. We even got an extra shot (I won’t spoil the "why," but you’ll find out if you follow the story closely!). The Vibe: I loved that they provide cards, dice, and "counterfeit" money at the tables. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in gambling and poker, just like in a real 19th-century establishment. A special thank you: I want to say a huge thank you to the entire team—from the brilliant actors who brought the story to life, to the talented bartenders for the amazing drinks, and of course the organizers for putting together such a seamless and professional event."
