"The Drumcode event at Drumsheds was fantastic. Staff guided us from Meridian Water station, and security was thorough with bag checks, metal scanners, pat-downs, and even a sniffer dog. The X room was vibrant, the Y room offered a more intimate break, and you could walk the venue in about 10 minutes for a rest. There are places to sit down if you need to recover. Water was free throughout, with special access for front-row dancers. Food, drinks, including beer, wine, and spirits were plentiful. The staff had high-quality ear protection, showing care for all. While the sound was good, the acoustics could be optimized for a venue this large. Still, with diverse attendees, easy exits, and extended trains, it was a top-notch, safe experience. I’d highly recommend it, with a nod to investing in even better sound. My recommendation to management: consider bringing in a firm to optimize the acoustics. The space, staff, and security are all excellent but refining how sound travels could elevate the immersive experience even further. Drumsheds is almost there just need that extra level of sound perfection."
