I passed by Galata Simitçisi and grabbed a Simit. This simit bakery that has been operating since 1960. It’s a famous Simit Shop in Karaköy. I’ve noticed that the Simit was a little bit bigger than the typical and widely sold ones, but I didn’t find anything unique about its taste.
