Wander through Emirgan Park, Istanbul's celebrated garden of ponds, shady paths and seasonal colour. Circle the water, linger among the flower beds, and find a quiet bench for a slow, scenic hour or more.
Full description
Emirgan Park is a lush public park in Istanbul with an array of plants, two ponds, jogging paths and children's play equipment. It is most famous for its spring blooms, when beds of flowers fill the grounds and draw crowds of couples, families and photographers.
Outside peak bloom it stays calm and peaceful, with pond-side areas that reviewers describe as relaxing. Entry is free and the park is open from 7 am to 10 pm, giving flexibility for a morning stroll or early-evening visit.
Bringing your own snacks to sit and unwind is a common habit.

By far one of the best parks I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful, haven’t seen many people roaming around. The absolute paradise for an introvert like me :) The pond area has a cozy little cafe with awesome food and very affordable prices (but be prepared, they accept cash only!!! :
