Two small-group programmes, each capped at twenty-five guests, are offered. The daytime route runs roughly 9am to 5pm and visits three wineries, from organic producers to a historic family villa with gardens and views towards Florence, with cellar information, wine, olive oil and balsamic tastings, a light lunch and free time in Greve.

The afternoon and evening programme, about 2:30pm to 10pm, visits two wineries, stops in Greve or Castellina and includes a traditional dinner. An English-speaking driver-guide drives an air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi.

The winery count and meal depend on the option chosen.
